Craig is a certified Pilates Instructor through Urban Body Studios by Penelope Wyer-Barrow. Penelope trained with Romana Kryzanowska, a protégé of Joseph Pilates himself! Using apparatus such as the reformer, cadillac and wunda chair, the Pilates Method of Body Conditioning will tighten and tone your body. This is not your mom’s Pilates. This is not “just stretching” and it is not just for women (it was created by a man). Pilates is a form of exercise that increases strength, flexibility and balance in the body. It mainly focuses on core strength and how to use your core effectively and efficiently.

Craig is also a Certified Personal Trainer through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA). Essential to any fitness program, strength training will build lean muscle mass, decrease body fat and burn calories more efficiently.
